Eylem Ejder is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Theatre at Ankara University, Turkey. She is a member of International Association of Theatre Critics (Turkey), and a member of the editorial board for IATC (Turkey)’s magazine Oyun (Play). Her writings have been published in European Stages, Arab Stages, Critical-Stages, Oyun. She studies theatricality, contemporary Turkish theatre, Ibsen’s dramas, and modern dramatic theory. She has been studying as a guest researcher at the Centre for Ibsen Studies, University of Oslo since June 2017. Her Ph.D. study is being supported by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) under the National Ph.D. Fellowship Programme.
